We are delighted to announce that E G Carter & Co is the latest construction company to become an Employer Partner of AccXel.
Like all of our Employer Partners, they will be guaranteeing our apprentices paid on-site work whilst they are completing their Apprenticeship Programme of choice at our state-of-the-art training facility based in Cinderford, Gloucestershire. We are ecstatic about having another widely renowned company like E G Carter & Co backing our mission and helping secure the future of the construction workforce.
E G Carter & Co is a family owned construction company which provides an array of construction services primarily across the commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail sectors. They have been in business for over 76 years and currently have the fourth generation of the Carter family at the helm. They also boast an annual turnover of approximately £80million. Having a construction company with an impressive history and reputation, like E G Carter & Co, backing our mission is another major development for AccXel.
In addition to having an impeccable record within construction, E G Carter & Co also have an incredible track record of giving young people fantastic opportunities to advance their careers. Every year they aim to take on two trades apprentices and one management trainee. They have recently surpassed their annual targets by taking on nine new recruits as apprentices and management trainees.
