So just who are M. V. Kelly Ltd? They are a civil engineering and building company which specialises in infrastructure, groundworks and associated building projects and operates regional throughout the country. They were established in 1995 by father and son Martin and John Kelly. The business has had a meteoric rise to success over the past three decades, and has acquired a fleet of over 1,500 plant operation vehicles. Despite being a huge organisation they still maintain the personal approach of a family-run business.
