This week we are ecstatic to announce that the Edenstone Group has become the latest company to partner with AccXel.
As part of the partnership, Edenstone has pledged to upskill their workforce using our bespoke Skills STEPSⒸ Programmes. They have also guaranteed a few of our apprentices paid employment throughout the duration of their studies at AccXel.
About Edenstone
The Edenstone Group is an independent family-run housebuilder made up of four divisions; Edenstone Homes, Bluebell Homes, Ashgrove Partnerships and Edenstone Land. Each division has a different purpose for The Group which allows them to service a variety of clients and customers. Edenstone has earned a reputation for creating thriving communities by building beautifully crafted and timeless homes.
The Group’s headquarters are situated in Magor, but they also have a regional office in Portishead, North Somerset. Their strategically placed offices allow them to work on multiple developments across South Wales and the South West of England. Some of their most notable projects have been the Beaufort Gardens development in Lisvane, Cardiff and the St Mary’s Garden Village development situated in Ross-on-Wye. It is hoped that apprentices from Accxel may be involved at both the Ross-on-Wye development and the soon to be launched Trinity Quarter site in Brockworth, Gloucester.

One reason why AccXel sought to partner with Edenstone Group, is because they invest in training opportunities for their employees. They actively encourage their staff to pursue opportunities to develop new skills & enhance their knowledge. This has led to an increase in job satisfaction and a low turnover in staff.
