Why choose AccXel?

Formally known as Apprenticeships, the AccXel Trainee Programmes have been designed to ensure that the individual receives the best theoretical and practical construction education available. They not only incorporate the requisite training for qualifications to enable safe site working, but also equip the Trainees to be career ready.

Using our mock-live site, and a blend of virtual and ‘real’ learning environments, Trainees will learn the latest digital construction techniques; using high-tech digital equipment and machinery courtesy of our industry partners, JCB and Leica Geosystems.

All Trainee Programmes include two STEPS of our unique development programme Skill STEPS©, offering modules in the built environment, quality, mental health awareness and personal development; invaluable additions that enable the Trainee to be an instantly valued member of staff and encourage them to aspire in their careers.
