This week we have the pleasure to announce that Coslin Construction has become our latest Employer Partner!
Coslin has declared their support for AccXel’s mission to tackle the severe skills shortage found in our sector through inspiring new talent to join the industry and to upskill the current workforce. As one of our Employer Partners, Coslin will be giving some of our construction starters employment as Groundworks Apprentices whilst they are completing their training at our education facility.
We believe that pairing our learners with our trusted partners will give apprentices the best start in the industry, as there is often a disconnection between what is taught on construction courses and what is required on site. As our Construction School is made by the industry, for the industry, we have a better understanding of what skills and knowledge the industry needs. Our apprentices’ education will be further accelerated through having guaranteed work through one of our Employer Partners.
We believe that the team at Coslin will give our apprentices the best introduction to working on a site. Coslin are an incredible groundworks subcontractor but are primarily known for their work in the Cotswolds completing multi-million pound homes. They offer an array of different services from bulk muck shift, all the way through to hard landscaping finishes and can cover areas across the South West as well as the Midlands.
