SKILL STEP 5 - SITE MANAGER
Our final Skill STEP 5 Programme (Site Manager) has been developed to help Senior Site Supervisors and Trainee Managers move into Site Management. The 12 month programme further builds upon the knowledge of site management and their leadership skills developed in Skill STEP 4. At the end of the programme candidates will gain an NVQ L6 in Construction Site Management and will have the requisite qualification to gain the Black Management CSCS Card.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Our exclusive Skill STEP 5 Programme has been designed to develop and support new and current site managers in their leadership and management journey.
The 12 month programme further builds upon the knowledge of site management and their leadership skills developed in Skill STEP 4. At the end of the programme candidates will gain an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and will have the requisite qualification to gain the Black Management CSCS Card.
