AccXel offers a whole person approach to learning and development. The AccXel programmes have been designed to ensure that the individual receives the best theoretical and practical construction education available.

Learners will complete their educational programmes with modules in the built environment, qualification, health & safety, quality, mental health, personal development and leadership. All of these topics are mandatory modules within our Trainee and Skill STEPS© Programme curriculum and will ensure that we are not only providing learners with the requisite qualifications, but also the vital skills to be able to flourish and excel in their role. - the whole person approach!

Sustainability lies at the core of AccXel and will not only be taught via specialist professional courses, but will run through all the direct delivery training, to ensure that people entering and upskilling within the industry are educated fully in environmental considerations.

AccXel will also challenge and address issues surrounding diversity within construction and perception within the industry.
