SKILL STEP 4 - SITE Supervisor

Our Skill STEP 4 Programme has been developed to help learners become a Site Supervisor and further develop their knowledge and understanding of site management. In this 10 month programme candidates will work towards gaining the IOSH qualification in Managing Safely.

Candidates will build upon the leadership skills gained in the previous STEP and learn how to help build an engaged team, effectively lead people and appropriately deal with conflict. Candidates will also deepen their understanding of building regulations, environmental awareness and planning a construction project.

 

COURSE OVERVIEW

 

Our exclusive Skill STEP 4 Programme has been designed to help Team Leaders and Site Supervisors further develop their knowledge and understanding of site management. In this 10 month programme candidates will develop significant construction management knowledge and leadership skills. Candidates will build upon the management skills gained in Skill STEP 3 and learn how to safely manage a construction site and the teams around them.

A Skill STEP© 4 certificate pack, registration onto the NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and a Red Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager CSCS card.

*Learners will require the Health Safety and Environment Test for Managers & Professionals.
