Another week and another huge announcement! We are ecstatic to shout from the rooftops that our team has secured an Employer Partnership with Beard & Tandy Developments Ltd.
Beard & Tandy have not only pledged to give our apprentices paid work throughout the duration of their studies, but will also be upskilling their current workforce using our unique Skill STEPS© Programmes. They saw the value in our ‘whole person’ approach and we believe they are an incredible company to work with as they are very well spoken of in Gloucestershire.
In case you didn’t already know, Beard & Tandy are a construction company local to AccXel, that have their head office based out of Highnam, Gloucestershire. Although the company was reformed and renamed in 2010 to become what we now know as Beard & Tandy Developments today, their origins date back to 1976 when Brian Beard & John Tandy officially began working in the industry as sole traders. Over the past four decades the team’s dedication to providing the highest quality building services and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget has led to the company’s meteoric growth and stellar reputation within the industry.
They undertake a variety of different projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, educational and private sectors. They are best known for their work on new developments, structural renovations as well as extensions.
