Our assessment days are an opportunity for our candidates to showcase themselves and learn more about AccXel and our apprenticeship programme.

The day is made up of a number of assessments and activities so that our team can gauge every candidate's ability to work in a team, verbal and written communication and numeracy skills. The results of these activities will allow us to tailor an individual’s education experience if needs be.

We will also be getting to know the candidates on a personal level in order to match them with the best employer possible.
