Our bespoke Skill STEPS framework is made up of 5 individual courses; each tailored to a specific level of seniority on a construction site. Individuals starting off in construction will look to complete Skill STEP 1, whereas experienced tradespeople and supervisors will look to complete the latter STEPS.
Our robust curriculums for STEPS 3, 4 and 5 will equip learners with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to successfully lead and manage a construction site.
Health and Safety is embedded in our core at AccXel. We want to ensure that all workers are safe whilst in their working environment.
We have a range of courses that are specific to working on site, such as Cable Avoidance and Safe Excavation Techniques. However, we also offer courses that are beneficial for any industry; such as First Aid Training and Fire Marshalling.
We currently offer three specialist Plant Training programmes at AccXel; 360 Tracked Excavator, Telehandler or Cabbed Dumper & Ride-on Roller.
These week-long courses are perfect for individuals who have previous experience working on site, as either a tradesperson or labourer.
Subject to passing the end assessment, learners will earn their plant tickets and be fully qualified to operate their chosen machinery on construction sites.
