SKILL STEP 3 - Team Leader/Supervisor
Our Skill STEP 3 programme (for Team Leader/Supervisor) has been developed to help skilled tradespeople take their first step into leadership. In this 9 month programme, candidates will work towards gaining an NVQ L3 in Occupational Work Supervision and develop leadership skills to ease their transition into senior positions on site. On successful completion of the NVQ L3, candidates will obtain the Gold Supervisor CSCS Card.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Our exclusive Skill STEP 3 programme has been developed to support and inspire skilled tradespeople to take their first step into leadership and management.
After this 9 month programme, candidates will gain an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and develop leadership skills to ease their transition into managerial positions on site. On successful completion of the NVQ Level 3, candidates will obtain the Gold Supervisor CSCS Card.

WHAT DO I ACHIEVE?
A Skill STEP© 3 certificate pack, NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and a Gold Supervisor CSCS card*.
*Learners will require the Health Safety and Environment Specialist Supervisors Test.
